Welcome to Recovery Today Magazine We, Recovery Today Magazine. (a.k.a. "we" or "us" or "Recovery Today" or the "Company") are excited to have you as user. Recovery Today is a work in progress, meaning that a lot will change in the near future. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion and without notice. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

ACCESSING THE WEBSITE, SECURITY, AND PRIVACY

We are working hard on improving Recovery Today, but we can't guarantee that the Website will be up and running 24/7. We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to some features to users. In any case, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period, nor for any data loss (see also section 7 below).

APPROVED THERAPISTS, TREATMENT CENTERS AND COACHES

For approved Therapists, Treatment Centers and Coaches to access certain features of the Website as a subscriber you have to register by signing in with your RecoveryTodayMagazine.com account as part of our security procedures.

You must treat your RecoveryTodayMagazine.com login credentials as confidential, not disclosing them to any third party and only using Recovery Today in person. We highly recommend that you choose a strong password for your RecoveryTodayMagazine.com account and that you log out from your account at the end of every session. It is a condition of your use of the Website, please all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current and complete. In the future, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement and use of the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. All disputes and claims relating to Recovery Today Magazine, shall be settled totally and finally by arbitration in Nevada, or such other location as Recovery Today Magazine rescribes, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) except that all parties shall be entitled to all discovery rights allowed under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of NEVADA without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of NEVADA.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
